Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What printing methods do you use for custom T-shirts?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for our in-house custom T-shirts and sweaters. DTG provides high-quality prints with vibrant colors and fine details, making it the best option for fast, no-minimum apparel printing.
What is the best file format for high-quality custom T-shirt printing?
For the best results, upload your designs as a PNG with a transparent background at 300 PPI, sized exactly as you’d like it printed. Not sure about the details? No worries—just add our artwork services, and we’ll take care of all the technical design work for you!
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of what we do, no returns accepted, except in cases of physical damage upon receipt. We take pride in delivering top-quality products, and in the unlikely event of any damage, kindly contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for assistance.
